- Accept complements and believe they're being honest
- Control your breathing when having a panic attack
- Do not self harm, this is not a solution
- Do not think about what makes you sad
- Eat well, is easier to have a good mental health when your body is okay
- Good nights of sleep
- Remember you don't deserve self harm
- Seek for help if you see you can't go through something by yourself, it can be a friend or a doctor
- Try to see the beauty in everything (all things must have something beautiful, sometimes you just can't see it)
