• the most annoying thing for vegans or dairy free peeps is to find out the f*cking "milk powder" on the ingredient list of our favorite foodies.
    • but why they still use milk powder? there are a ton of conspiracies on the net, but i'm not that dense, and i won't follow what the people think about it.
    • the thing is: i don't wanna consume dairy. full stop. i won't do any "exeptions", i'm sorry. i don't need dairy, probably even you don't need dairy, but i won't judge your decisions. but let me be annoyed when they put the milk powder in my favourite crackers. WHY?

so... why creating a dairy free milk powder option?

    • well... we live in a world where basic food tradition had already being set, so there are a ton of dairy recepies to mimick, right?
    • correct! in my country milk powder is used in treats and often bread, but i don't care anymore!
    • here i listed some recipes with a vegan substitute for milk powder. actually, dairy free milk powder IS a reality: but it's pricey.

so... why bother buying it?

    • why you mind buying chocolate? why you mind buying canned fruit? why you mind buying pre-chopped parsley?
    • we buy what we want, and even if milk powder isn't an essential ingredient, you can buy a bag of *=any dairy free=* milk and use like that:
