• how is january almost over already? i'm glad anyway. it is a dreadful month and this was particularly awful. the weather doesn't help. the constant sickness either.
• neglecting work as much as i can.
• taking valium too often to numb it all, to pace my heart rate. i know it works when i can't remember proper words.
• so much i want to do. so much needs to be done.
• i need to cleanse this house. feeling like everything started to derrail since we moved.
• maybe the color of the walls. maybe the mess. maybe the despair of realizing i have so little time to try and make it a proper home.
