    • i never ever dreamed of seeing this band live. have been listening to their albums since i discovered them through grey's anatomy episode, "elevator love letter". they played it, i sang along screaming my heart out. it was magical.
    • torquil is the funniest, sweetest guy on stage. amy is just ethereal.
    • "i hope you believe in ghosts, because there's one on your shoulder" - procede to play dead hearts are everywhere
    • i got the pink special valentine's day vinyl edition of heart

    • the comings and goings from all the musicians from the other bands playing together were so special.
    • it felt like a bunch of friends invited us to party.
    • we stayed in the front row through the entire thing
    • they played sweetest kill beautifully, I was hoping for lover's spit tho, but it wasn't on the set.
    • emily haines joined at the end to play anthems and it was soooooo pretty. she sounds like an angel. she told the story of how the song came to be.
    • m. got their new album.

    • i was exhausted by the time they started, and since it was the band i knew the least, i wasn't super into it at first, but OMG OMG, emily haines is a spark. her energy is out of this world!
    • she talked to the audience the whole time. bss and stars joined for some songs.
    • we unfortunately missed the last song because m. was worried about missing the last train.
    • can't stop listening to their songs on loop now!

  • it was so cozy, small, about 50 people and they played with such great energy.
  • m. bought two albums, at the end peter went to talk to everyone and we got him to sign one - he even made a little drawing
  • he liked my cat pin and i gave it to him
  • left with such a warm fuzzy feeling.

  • the improvs, the connection with the crowd, what a genious musician, what a genuine human being.
  • he invited a kid to crowdsurf and he went twice, it was the best day of that kid's life.
  • he asked everyone who was in front to jump in stage and it was the most thrilling incredible human connection I've ever seen.

  • her presence is incredible. she needs nothing but her own body and a microphone. she is so underrated.
  • she sang "keep running", the first song i've ever heard of her.
