• foiled: jane yolen and illustrated by mike Cavallaro. Great art and very interesting story. loved reading about fencing and learning about it. I loved the tone use and its reasons for it are just spectacular. I can't wait to read the sequel! Although I did wish there was more fantasy in the beginning but hopefully we'll get that in the subsequent novels. I adore the main character and she's very strong. She's a great role model and quite unique in my reading world.
