other:

• let go of the idea that you’re a failure if you’re not always busy. let go of the guilt of not getting it all done straight away, or at all. just like the seasons rest, we need rest too. let yourself rest for as long & as much as you need to. it’s a way to honor yourself. (x)
• think twice before accepting unchanged behavior. the more chances you give someone - the less respect they’ll have for you & your boundaries. (x)
