  • I like the story, it's quite different in terms of other romcom (?) movies. Acting wasn't oscar-worthy, but it wasn't bad. I liked the eccentric character of Declan a lot as well.

  • I almost thought this was a sapphic film, but don't be fooled. It wasn't so bad I couldn't finish, but it was mildly confusing. No way that the main boy, Jeff, fell in love with Eve that fast. I also thought that Linda was "faling in love" with Eve to buy the diner, but I was wrong. Also, the fatshaming and homophobia in the movie just screams 2004, which shows that the humor is dated, and frankly, I wonder if it was even funny back in 2004.
