Note (will be long): Got my inspo from this weight tracker, and it has been made to fit my weight loss journey. This will be in pounds as I am an american. I do not weigh consistently yet, but this is based off of my morning weight before I eat and after I use the bathroom. My weight fluctates ~5 pounds depending on my menustration cycle. That is NOT taken into account. This is based on my lowest scale number. I do not use GLP-1's and this is natural weight loss through calorie defecit. This is what works for ME. Do not take any advice from anyone other than your doctor. BMI is not the only factor of health and is NOT an end-all, be-all; I included it here as a basis for how unhealthy I was and how my goal fits into a healthier category. Stay healthy while losing weight, focus on eating nutritionally and what feels good for your body. Cheers!
