- current weight: 126 lbs

- 450 calorie workout on treadmill four times a week
- take dog for walks daily
- 1,200 calories a day
- don't eat out of boredom or emotion
- no second servings
- portion control!
- drink more water
- weigh myself every two days
- write down my calorie intake
- eat lots of protein and fiber
- eat fruits and veggies for snacks
- remind myself that if i gain five pounds in a day, its water weight.
- remind myself that it takes hard work to loose weight
